Challise & Company hair | skin | body requires a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment, and failure to do so will result in a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to request a non‑refundable deposit when booking a service; this deposit will be applied toward your service or forfeited if the appointment is not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. To respect the time of both our clients and our staff, guests who arrive 15 minutes or more past their scheduled appointment time may be asked to reschedule for another day or time.
