NOTE: If you are booking multiple services please select them in the order you wish to receive them. This is important when booking massage and facial services along with hair or nail services. You can select a preferred service provider or ‘no preference’ if you would like to book with first available provider.

Challise & Company hair | skin | body requires at least a 24 hour notice for cancelled appointments, failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee. We also reserve the right to request a deposit when booking a service. This deposit is non-refundable and will go toward your service or in the event that the appointment is not cancelled at least 24 hours prior. To respect the time of clients and staff, clients that run 15 minutes late for their appointment may be asked to reschedule for another time or day.
