You may have heard the exciting news…we have upgraded our scheduling software and have been using it since July 1st. We still have a few learning curves, but overall the transition has been great! To allow us to best serve you and roll out other features, we need your help in ensuring your data is correct.
The next time you are in the salon, please confirm your information with the front desk. Optionally, we have created this brief online form which will take only a couple minutes to complete.
Next month we will begin sending newsletters directly from our software and want to ensure we have correct information on file for each client. We will have the ability to send email and/or text messages to confirm an appointment when booked and remind you prior to your next appointment. Reminders are sent at approximately 12:00 noon two (2) days prior to your appointment. The text will include a link for you to click confirming your appointment. This is not a 2-way texting service. You will need to call the salon to cancel or reschedule.
As we continue to enhance the offerings available in our software, we will implement online booking for some of our services. We have already updated our online gift card purchasing system and when you purchase a gift card for yourself, friend, or family member the information will automatically be linked to the recipient’s client card.

Gift certificates are perfect for everyone – especially the person who has everything. Purchase in the salon, via phone or on our website 24/7. Electronic gift cards will emailed directly to your recipient upon payment, and there is even an option to delay sending it if you’d like to send it on a particular day.
We are hiring licensed and experienced stylists, massage therapists, estheticians and nail technicians. Independent contractors welcome. Stop by the salon to drop off your resume or email your resume to Challise.
