**IMPORTANT UPDATE**
Over the past year, our industry has faced rising costs in various areas, from salon essentials to the premium products we use. In order to continue providing you with exceptional service and high-quality products, we find it necessary to have a slight price increase as of January 2024. This will help us maintain the standard of service you have come to expect and love. This increase will allow us to continue using premium products and uphold the level of service you deserve.
Challise & Company hair | skin | body requires at least a 24 hour notice for cancelled appointments, failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee. We also reserve the right to request a deposit when booking a service. This deposit is non-refundable and will go toward your service or in the event that the appointment is not cancelled at least 24 hours prior. To respect the time of clients and staff, clients that run 15 minutes late for their appointment may be asked to reschedule for another time or day.

Aveda Plus Rewards

IMPORTANT: Log into your Aveda Plus Rewards account for updates and important information about changes to the program. From December 31, 2021 onward, if any Aveda Plus Rewards account shows 12 consecutive months of inactivity, the account – and its points – will expire. Membership fees will not be refunded. Reminder, this is an Aveda program that we participate in, and we are unable to change the rules or make exceptions within our salon. Log into your account for more information.
REMINDER: It is necessary for you to inform the front desk team that you are an Aveda member so they can enter your points – it does not happen automatically!
