We are excited to announce an upgrade to our salon software! Effective July 1, 2024 we will be rolling out a new scheduling software (Phorest) that will allow us to make scheduling and rebooking, confirming appointments, checking out, and buying retail and gift cards much easier for everyone.
Please be patient with us while we make this transition and ensure that all data is correctly migrated. The front desk staff will be asking you to confirm that your name, phone number, email address and birthday are correct in the system. They will also be asking if you’d like to receive the following information via text and/or email (1) appointment confirmations (notification when an appointment is scheduled), (2) appointment reminders (notification 2 days prior to your appointment with a request for you to confirm), and (3) marketing texts and/or emails which will include our monthly newsletter, current offers, specials, and occasional last minute appointment openings. NOTE: You can unsubscribe at any time but keep in mind you may miss important information by unsubscribing.
Throughout the year, if your information changes, please let the front desk know. We want to ensure you always receive the information you need for your upcoming appointments, to celebrate your birthday, or other exciting news from Challise & Company hair | skin | body!
We look forward to expanding the capabilities provided by this new software and plan to add online booking in the near future. To start, we will list services that have easy to book time frames like haircuts, massages, facials, nail services, and waxing. Color and texture services along with more complex services will still be handled by calling the salon to schedule.

Gift certificates are perfect for everyone – especially the person who has everything. Purchase in the salon, via phone or on our website 24/7. Electronic gift cards will emailed directly to your recipient upon payment, and there is even an option to delay sending it if you’d like to send it on a particular day.
We are hiring experienced stylists, estheticians and nail technicians. Independent contractors welcome. Stop by the salon to drop off your resume or email your resume to Challise.
